Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’ll make sure to provide you with support but also freedom to drive strategic recruitment initiatives in our Human Potential team and innovate in the area of talent acquisition area.

  • 3+ years of experience in managing all phases of recruiting life cycle (defining requirements, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring) across a variety of open roles; 
  • Knowledge and familiarity with job boards, HR databases and ATS systems;
  • The confidence and ability to act as a point of contact and capacity to build influential candidate relationship during the selection process;
  • Experience in redesigning and upgrading recruitment processes with a goal to enhance candidate experience and improve hiring efficiency; 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and decision making skills;
  • Interest in and knowledge of recruitment metrics as the fundamental approach to reporting based on data.


  • Can work and produce professional level outputs with no direct supervision;
  • Has advanced knowledge and skill to manage a full recruitment process independently;
  • Has a solid knowledge of employer branding and is capable of aligning recruitment efforts to an effective employer branding strategy;
  • Has experience in hiring and assessment for multiple different roles;
  • Understands the importance of having a professional approach to each candidate and is able to innovate in this field, always looking for improvements that result in an outstanding candidate experience;
  • Can work closely and interact professionally with a diverse group of clients, and staff members;
  • Keeps up to date with the latest trends and developments in the talent acquisition field.
